Gastohn Barrios is an artist, photographer, writer, and online content creator born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Due to his career as an actor and model, he lived for several years in the United States, Chile, Spain, and Brazil, gradually shifting his focus from front-of-camera work to behind the scenes. In 2009, after nearly half his life traveling the world, he returned to his hometown, where he creates photographs that blend sensuality with fashion, adding a distinctive artistic and personal touch to each piece. His work has been published in numerous specialized magazines worldwide, including in Paris, New York, Atlanta, Sydney, Madrid, Mexico City, Bucharest, São Paulo, Montevideo, and Bogotá. In June 2014, he won the Fifth Annual Photography Competition of the New York-based NEXT Magazine, leading to an exhibition at the Leslie-Lohman Museum in that city. That same year, he appeared on the cover of the prestigious Brazilian magazine Júnior, and his work is recognized globally online. His photographs and videos are accessible on websites across five continents, earning him over 400,000 followers and establishing him as an online celebrity. As a prominent figure within the LGBTQ+ community, he has been featured in major publications such as Têtu (France), The Advocate (USA), DNA (Australia), and Júnior (Brazil). Currently, he divides his time between Buenos Aires and Mexico City, dedicating himself to his passions: writing, making videos, and photography.
Gastohn Barrios es un artista, fotógrafo, escritor y creador de contenido digital nacido en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Debido a su carrera como actor y modelo, vivió varios años en Estados Unidos, Chile, España y Brasil, donde gradualmente cambió su enfoque de trabajo frente a la cámara al detrás de escena. En 2009, tras casi la mitad de su vida viajando por el mundo, regresó a su ciudad natal, donde crea fotografías que fusionan la sensualidad con la moda, añadiendo un toque artístico y personal distintivo a cada pieza.
